The Atlantic of Namibia — A Day in Walvis Bay

The Atlantic breath is cold and salty. As we slip away from the pier, the mist starts to surround us, drawing the line between sea and sky. For half a day the catamaran became our floating sanctuary.

The bay felt alive. Great pelicans swept down from the fog like feathered giants, while dark cormorants and pink flamingos lined the distant platforms. Then came the dolphins—silver arcs trailing our wake, ghosts of the Benguela current dancing in the surf. Hours dissolved into the sound of the wind and the taste of brine, a study in the quiet grace of a coastline where the desert meets the deep.

I returned with an SD card full of diverse shots and these are the highlights of the day.
