Afternoon at Farm Güldenboden
The sun hung low over the sands of Namibia, casting long shadows across the dunes. At Farm Güldenboden, I spent the afternoon quietly observing and photographing ground squirrels—alert, playful, and perfectly at home in the dry heat. Their movements, quick and deliberate, were a dance in the dust. As the light softened, a gentle wind rose, and with a camera full of sunlit moments, I welcomed the stillness of a Namibian sundowner—warm sky, cool air, and the hush of the desert settling in.
